Room was ok. Bathroom quite run down (I suspect the floor under the shower is rotten). The BBQ area and outdoor seating area is right outside the window. Glad it was winter and no one was out there was that would be plain weird.

The rooms are tired and could use an upgrade … the lady who checked us in was OK -but not very helpful. The lady(maybe the manager) we saw the next AM when we had some items that needed to be attended to in the room was very friendly and helpful and got the job done . We would give her a 10/10.

We paid over priced rooms close to a grand for 2 rooms. Room 5 had water leak from fridge on white tile which was invisible. My little nephew fell and got hurt. Carpets are so dirty. U will only know if u wipe it with wipes etc. Room 14 had Spa not working.spa buttons were sealed since they don’t work. Mast bedRoom bed light switch button about to pop off and light not working. Dangerous of little ones touch popped switch button. Extremely dirty carpets. Hair dryer rear safety Shield missing. Wife’s hair got sucked in. I had to cut her hair to remove dryer. Radio in room is sitting without any wire/power cable. Can’t use it.whats the point ? Noise from next door visitors so loud that u can’t sleep. Their spa made lots of sound as well. Parking space is horrible. Next door visitors hitting car with their doors. Turning space limited.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. i had forgotten to add on my kids (to much in a hurry) and when i rang to let them know they upgraded my room so the kids werent sleeping on a sofa bed.. and when my son lost the key they were very understanding.. the spa is always a win win with my family..

Pleasent staff, nice comfortable room, great having a private spa in the unit. One drawback was the security light straight outside the door, lit the room up quite a bit, maybe positioned slightly away from the door to stop the glare coming directly in through the curtains
