Soak in the spa pool after a day on the trails, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy the deck and backyard. Pet friendly, with room for the dog.

A single garage plus free off-street and street parking.

As You Do sits in the quiet, family-friendly suburb of Lynmore, exceptionally close to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest - a haven of towering trees, walking tracks and world-class mountain bike trails right on your doorstep. Local shops and a café are close by, and central Rotorua with its restaurants, Te Puia and the lakefront hot pools is a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is handy for making the most of Rotorua, with free parking including a single garage and street parking. From the door it is about 7 minutes to Te Puia, 8 to Rotorua Airport, 10 to the lakefront and Polynesian Spa, and around 15 minutes to Skyline Gondola & Luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours. The Redwoods trails are a walk or short ride away.
