"We loved the cottage and location. Description was accurate and provided a perfect launch site for days of driving the start of the Hill Country. We would stay again.Issues surrounding the cleaning team and how the cottage was on arrival. Trash in front of the house greeted us along with other issues which I feel can be addressed by the property mgt team. They did try to address some issues the following day - we had already departed for the day and not there to allow entry. "

Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open...
