"Booked this property for a family getaway. House was very clean and well maintained with lots of new appliances. Great spaces for cookouts, campfires, playing games, and fishing. Mr Casey supplied extra kayaks and lifejackets and was easy to reach with questions. Lake Champlain was a nice paddle down the Great Chazy River, and we caught lots of perch from the dock. I can't say enough nice things about this property and the host!"

"We were so honored to be the first guests to stay at this charming lakehouse! This was our family's first time visiting Lake Champlain, and upon pulling up to the house and instantly seeing the view from the lake, we knew we made the right decision. The house offers some modern improvements that coexist with some older quirks, and the layout and amenities made for a comfortable stay for our family of 5 (two adults, three kids 8 and younger). If you're looking for things to do, the house is stocked with many family-friendly games and connected to streaming services, but don't miss the opportunity to take one of the kayaks on the water for a peaceful excursion on Lake Champlain. We kayaked, we fished, we saw birds galore, and beautiful sunsets. Nearby, there are some great creemee places, vineyards and wine tastings within 30 min, and restaurants and food stands, which meant we were never without happy bellies. But we equally enjoyed cooking at home and relaxing lakeside. An hour from Montreal, you could also make the trip across the border for an easy day trip (we did Montreal before coming to the house, and indeed it was an easy drive). This property has so many advantages: beautiful views, serenity, and comfort, with access to more bustling activities. Thank you so much, Mike! "

" Absolutely Incredible Stay – A Perfect Lakeside Getaway!We had the most amazing time at this beautifully curated lakeside property! The two homes were thoughtfully decorated with a unique and eclectic mix of French art and rustic, outdoor-inspired elements that gave the space so much character and charm. Every room had a full lake view, which made waking up and winding down each day an absolute joy.The accommodations were outstanding – spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Between the two homes, we had access to three pristine bathrooms, which made things so comfortable for our group. The sleeping arrangements were ample and cozy, and the appliances were all in excellent condition. The kitchens were stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of dishware and utensils.The outdoor amenities truly set this place apart. We made great use of the two hot tubs and swam in the lake daily. The kayaks and stand-up paddleboards were a huge hit, and the lawn games provided hours of fun. Fishing was phenomenal – we landed two northern pike (33” and 21”), caught 18 smallmouth bass, and more yellow perch than we could count! I filleted the catch and cooked it up outside on the grill to keep the homes smelling fresh and lovely.Evenings were magical – we gathered around the campfire, toasted marshmallows, and continued fishing for catfish under the stars. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.Our host was fantastic – always available to answer questions"

"Beautiful property in a great location with a waterfront view. House can sleep multiple people comfortably. Teens enjoyed the top floor as their own hang out space. Everything you could possibly need is included for family gatherings and dinners. The weather was not the best so we did not get to enjoy the kayaks but everything that was listed was there and available. Great communication sent by the property owner. . "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage on the amazing Lake Champlain! The cottage was very clean. Kitchen equipped well. The location is right on the lake, very relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with Mary was great! It was good to forget for a week about big city. I would stay there again. "
