Vacation Homes in Rowan County

"The house is on the lake with easy access for boating. The house was very roomy for our 10 family members. Morning’s were spent relaxing on the covered patio right on the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, corn hole, paddle boards and the pontoon! Marty was an excellent host and answered any questions we had on a timely basis. We hope to rent again!"

"This house is AMAZING!!! When we walked in, we were all blown away at how incredibly beautiful it is! It was extremely clean as well. The home is in a very nice neighborhood; we definitely felt very safe there. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect accommodations for our large group. The games available were a huge hit with everyone, both kids and adults! We played pool, air hockey, basketball, foosball, chess, darts. No bored kids here! Monica was great...

"Great, large property. There were some small cleaning and maintenance needs when we arrived, but the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of everything very quickly. Its located near the Charlotte Speedway, which is convenient to get to events in Cabarrus or Mecklenberg counties."
