"We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and looked exactly as pictured. Our kids had a blast with the bunk beds and spent endless hours down at the dock, while our dog thoroughly enjoyed having the fenced front yard to run around in safely. The location is super convenient—just a short drive to downtown Hartwell—and the neighbors we met were incredibly warm and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better family getaway. We will definitely be back!"

"Everything was perfect. Weather ruined our water plans but it turned out just fine. Plenty to do at the house between games and 2 living areas. The louder, late nighters were downstairs and the older early nighters were upstairs. Worked out great. Host was great. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. We never rebook the same house. We like staying at different ones. But we will likely book this house again. Look forward to coming back."

"Our family loved the theater and game rooms. The hot tub was clean and added an extra element of relaxation. The bedrooms and living room were spacious. We had 8 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of spots for eating and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare full meals. Although there was mention of low water levels, we had no idea how bad it was until we read a recent review that mentioned the "weeds" at the dock. When we inquired about it, our host quickly responded with pictures. It is so bad, the dock is overwhelmed with weed growth where there used to be water! The host graciously offered to give us a full refund if we wanted to cancel, but there weren't any waterfront properties available a week before the holiday weekend. We were disappointed in the quality of the linens, but the beds were quite comfortable. The house was clean, albeit dusty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the house to others."
