"Check in was easy. We are seniors and there was 4 flights of stairs. Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was very limited natural light. It rained hard during our stay and there a leak in the kitchen area. Overall good value for the money. "

"Stayed with our 3 boys age 18, 20 and 22 and enjoyed our time. The location is fantastic and the unit has a lot of potential. Mattress in main bedroom and on hide a bed need to be replaced. Unit could have a deep clean. If location is priority this is a reasonable unit to rent. "

"Excellent location near Avenida metro and plenty of restaurants within a 19 minute walk. Great bathroom (caution water is very hot!) comfortable bed and nice kitchen dining living room. Our only problem was with the opening instructions which said to turn the lock clockwise when it should have said counter clockwise. But the Almeda folks had someone over in 15 minutes to sort it out."

The problems I had were, spotty internet service, troubles getting in with the locking system when I was finally given a code. When I reached out to VRBO with concerns I was told to talk to the management company when I booked it through VRBO. After I was instructed to reach out to the management company, I did and was told someone would get back with me and very seldom did they and I had to stay...

"Nice place to stay, modern and very close to some main attractions. Problem for me as a female solo traveler was the fact there were about 15-30 homeless? men from morning to late evening every day; I didn‘t feel safe walking up the little hidden street. WIFI login after I asked for it but ALTIDO replied immedately so it wasn‘t a big deal."

"Great spacious apartment with an awesome view close to town. Only semi negative comments are: no soap to wash hands in the bathrooms and there weren’t any pillowcases??
