"My husband and I will always remember our trip at Crossroad Inn fondly.
It felt a bit strange at first, renovating an old American house into a guesthouse, but it was a truly special experience for us.
It felt similar to the old residential environment we saw at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial in Monticello, and it will remain a new memory, unlike any we've experienced on our previous trips to the US.
The early morning jog to the winery will also be a fond memory."

"We had a lovely stay! Loved the location, and the property was in pristine condition. Listing could have been clearer about the lack of large indoor gathering area, but the kitchen area was comfortable enough for the 6 of us. Also the wireless was down for half the time we were there, but Matt was responsive and helpful throughout the weekend. Would stay again if in the area."

"This was an amazing stay for us with kids, parents & grandparents. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were really good, and the house was spotless. We especially enjoyed the huge screen porch and all the rocking chairs. There were lots of activities for young (& old) kids: feeding the chickens and goats, gathering fresh eggs, meeting Zoe the dog and fishing. The best part was meeting Bill & Cynthia who were so generous in sharing their beautiful, peaceful and productive farm with us. They were so accommodating and welcoming & even responded to a message in the middle of the night telling us where the closest pharmacy was when someone in the house got sick. We loved learning the history of the log house and only regret that we were too busy with the kids to peruse the fabulous book collection. We all hope to return soon!"

"The home was exactly as advertised. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. The beds and bedding were wonderful. We rented this home for my father in laws funeral in Crozet. It was a last minute rental on a holiday weekend. The setting and views offered us great peace during a very sad time. I would recommend this property highly."
