"The only downside of my stay was as I was checking out and they asked me to pay €28 for 2 days of breakfast. I did not have breakfast during my stay. So I contested it and the clerk at the desk said that the person on shift saw me have breakfast yesterday. I asked him to call the person on shift and confirm because it definitely wasn’t me. I asked how they keep records because surely it can’t be a case of a staff member just spotting someone and saying ‘room 4 had breakfast’ - turns out, that’s exactly how they keep records. They think they spot you and they mark it on their computer which is what leads to errors. I kept asking them to see the cameras or even speak to the person who thought they saw me. After some time, they agreed to waive the fee. The staff are nice but that was a very disappointing end to the trip. Other than that, the rooms are clean and simple. "
