"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a self catering suite which had everything you would need. We made use of the restaurant one night which was really good!
Staff were really helpful. The hotel was well located, a short distance from the airport but also convenient for travelling into Zurich city centre, just a tram ride away."
"Such a nice place to stay. Right next to many tram, bus, and train lines. Lots of places to eat and shop. They do not have a coin laundry. The laundry facility amenity is just for their laundry service. Not a lot of laundromat’s in the city and they are expensive so plan ahead. Loved the room and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. I highly recommend if you want to save some money and get away from the busy tourist locations. "
"Easy 5 minute walk to property from the train station. Staff was very friendly and offered us Swiss chocolate at check in. We had a top floor room which was very spacious with two windows to open at night to cool off. They also had oscillating fans in the hallway to cool the room. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. "

There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient for dinner. Downside was that the loft area for the kids is quite small and we had the window open since there is no air conditioning.
