"My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant experience at the Panorama Sheraton, and wish we had planned to stay longer than the 1 night transiting from Frankfurt to Lake Garda. The room on the 9th floor was clean, modern, comfortable and very practical. All drains were working perfectly and so did the AC. The bedding was just perfect for us and provided us with a great night sleep. Breakfast was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels. It takes place on the 11th floor from where you get a top notch panoramic view of the entire region. You may even sit outside if you wish. I saw a Zeppelin airship flying over the local mountains while having breakfast. The selection was vast and included unusual items like champagne, smoked salmon, gluten free bread, horseradish, papaya and a few very efficient coffee machines. The personnel was absolutely wonderful, cheerful, accommodating and provided us even with a great suggestion to experience the Karren funicular nearby which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Parking is very safe and only cost 12 euros per night. In our opinion this hotel could possibly turn into a 5 star given the high quality of service we have received. "This hotel is a bit out of town so not many options nearby. But it’s a decent location if you are doing the Liechtenstein trail as it’s very close and there is a LIEBike station right at the hotel which is convenient. The bus stop is very close. Breakfast was great. Self checkin was the hardest and most time consuming we came across in the country. You can’t just use your surname like most other hotel self checkins; you must know your reservation code which we had to dig up. And then you have to enter a bunch more information about yourself, too. Hotel is very clean, room is spacious and cozy, but shower is a poor design and water gets everywhere on the floor outside of it. They do not provide fans which is a nice amenity when it’s warmer outside. Most of our other hotels had fans. The rooms have nice big windows but there is no view at all."
