"The staff was wonderful. Servers like Floribert and Betti were so kind and helpful during breakfast. Aimee (both of them), Rebecca, and all of the members of the concierge made life easier for us. The driver Antone was great when taking us where we needed to go on thw free shuttle services, as well as being helpful for our family who were not guests of the hotel.
Vincent was a great leader for the cleaning crew who took care of our rooms and had bottled water ready for us every day. The hotel itself was amazing.
Wonderful views of the city, and a balcony to be with your thoughts. Breakfast was top level, every morning it was the perfect way to start every day, and the room service menu was great, and the restaurants at the hotel were great as well.
This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Rwanda. It may seem pricey, but it was worth every penny to stay here. I will be returning with my wife next year around the same time, and I know it will be amazing again.
