Nice and clean cozy place with good neighborhood. We was lost looking for the house. We got there after dark and there a car parked in the driveway and the light was off so we wasn’t expected that was the house. Overall we love it.

Great place needs some cleaning

We really enjoyed the house. Their was a few problems that would be very easy to take care of in the house. I will list em.  Hall bathroom....you have to stand in water while you shower. Master bathroom.....shower door is hard to get open and shut. The fireplace...... needs to be cleaned where the pilot lights, the thermo couple change it out. The damper is broke the wind came through like crazy. Clean...For the most part the house if clean, carpet could use a shampooing. Wed someone lost something in the couch. We took the cushions off and it was awful. We found old toothbrush. Ping-pong ball Trash, food. It was bad. Behind the bed night stand had things people left. Like I said it a great house. Who ever is in charge of up keep should check it out after who ever is suppose to clean it is finished.  I would rate the up keep a and cleaning a 3 and the house itself a 5.  Thank you so much Dana gore Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android Show more

Needs better up keep

House wasn’t very clean, both bath tubs were stopped up with hair and would barely drain. Broken towel rack in master bath. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and dish washer. Good beds, nice neighbor hood, we had a bull elk and several wild horses come up to the house.

The property was cozy. It just needs a little more attention in the bedding. The bedspread were stained the chairs and bar stools need attention as well. Also the sink faucet was broken. But very comfortable

Awesome home. Hassle free, plenty of room for sleeping. Kitchen is a little tight, but to be fair, there were 3 of us trying to cook at the same time.

Loved the Sunny slope house

The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is lovely and easy to navigate. We saw mule deer and elk and enjoyed a day of snow! Everything in the home worked perfectly and the owner was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful, Clean Property - Perfect for our Family

First off, the house was perfect. Excellent location and super clean. Tons of parking (rare for Ruidoso) including a carport. Can be downtown in minutes, with great access to Alto and Ski Apache. The kiddos loved the bunk beds. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the toiletries and paper goods were a little light for our stay. Had to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap shampoo, etc. There were no paper plates and also wasn't any coffee. One other small complaint, the cable package didn't have ESPN. Normally not a huge deal but we were there during the college football playoffs. Luckily they had great wifi and we could stream on a laptop. I want to add that the host (Ann) was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. Would definately recommend to a friend.
