"Absolutely great hotel to stop in. We were there overnight, 5 adults in 3 rooms; 1 was a disabled member of the family. The staff were fantastic at sorting out the rooms and the following mornings breakfast arrangements. The rooms were clean and everything was there that should’ve been. "The staff is unreachable via e-mail. They can only be reachable via phone for a small 4h window during midday. While you cant exspect much from shared bathrooms and shared showers, the showers were clogged to an extend that it flooded the hallways. Any kind of food kr beverages (breakfast i.e.) were absent in the entire building.The accomidation of the room was the bare minimum and not much can be exspected from the duisburg train station area.
