"Overall, the apartment hotel is good. However, it is not convenient for drop-offs or pick-ups because the street in front of the hotel is designated as a bus and tram zone only. Guests will need to be dropped off a block away to access the hotel. On the other hand, if you arrive at East Croydon Station, the hotel is located just across from the station. "

"The property is as per the photo's. At time of writing (April 2025), it is a well appointed 1 bedroom flat in a block of #.There are possibly 4 allocated parking bays to these flats (off road). Entry is via a communal stairwell, which is not* renovated. TFL bus stops are within 50 metres for easy accessibility."

Property was generally clean and comfortable, however there were a few issues during my stay which were not resolved after a series of messages and phone calls: TV not working, ceiling lights stopped working, only two sets of towels provided for 3 guests. 5 Stars – Perfect Family Stay at Leonardo Hotel

"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Leonardo Hotel in a family room. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The family room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the extra touches like a coffee/tea station and plenty of towels made a big difference. Our kids loved the space, and we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the room felt after a long day of sightseeing. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend Leonardo Hotel to families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We’ll definitely be coming back! "
