"We loved our stay here. The property is in a lovely quiet but convenient location. The rooms are well appointed and clean. There is a very helpful list of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. The owners were very welcoming. I can’t recommend this guest house enough. "

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was within walking distance of the city center and the host even offered to drive us to our appointment one day which we really appreciated. The room was perfect and fit our needs. Would stay again when visiting Chichester."
