Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. 1 hr to Kings Docks in L’pool, 1+hr to Trearddur Bay and Harlech Beach. Perfect location as very close to dual carriageway and easy to jump on main road - within 4-5 minutes. Consequently, murmur of road noise always present.
If you are out and about, and like to drive to places, I 100% recommend.

"Great apartment, more of a 1 bedroom house as two floors. Clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything needed (eg kitchen appliances, cutlery, plates, oven pots and pans). Bar over the road and Spar shop next door for convenience."

Staff were excellent and the Burger King next door was great - the food was yummy (better than other BK's I've been too).

"Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour.
Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain."

"Yet another great stay at the Castle. Rooms always warm and clean but if you want operating theatre cleanliness this is perhaps not the place for you! We love this place for its character and of course the peacocks. Staff always friendly and helpful. See you again in a few weeks!"
"We found the cabin and hot tub to be just what we expected. We did get a surprise having to go through the farmyard but no bother. Clean quiet lovely view. Help was there should we needed it. We felt really relaxed x"
"We had a lovely short stay at The Feathers. The room was lovely, with an amazing bathtub and, best of all, AIR CONDITIONING, which we really appreciated as it was unusually hot during our visit.
The room was also very quiet at night - we heard hardly anything from the pub. I recommend the pub itself too, lovely decor and very friendly staff.
We would definitely stay there again, and absolutely recommend it to other travellers.
