"Good place but the En-suite shower was terrible. No pressure and barely warm water in a shower that leaked water all over the floor. Kettle didn't work. Otherwise the booking was fine. Lovely staff. Breakfast was great"

"The hotel was very convenient and close to the seafront. The room was comfortable and it had a walk-in shower which I needed. I also have difficulty with stairs, so I chose the hotel because it has a lift. It also has plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly. Will stay there again next time I visit the Isle of Wight."

Lovely breakfast, only issue our name wasn't on the breakfast list and we were questioned by a staff member, she did let us start eating etc and the later confirmed we were on the list, she had an out of date list, this did make us feel uncomfortable and worried about our booking as we knew we had booked the breakfast. "A lovely, very well maintained inn with a restaurant and pub, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. First rate menu with daily specials including fresh seafood. Pub has local ales on hand-pull. Spotless clean rooms with daily maid service. Friendly and competent staff. Note that this establishment is located in a residential neighborhood, so no other stores nearby. "
