"We had a lovely stay here - our second time in a couple of years. Friendly staff throughout the stay, easy parking, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the courtyard was enjoyable in the sun with a couple of drinks."

"Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend."

"Lovely property, we had everything that we needed, it was hot so made use of the garden lovely seating area and hot tub, loved the lights in the garden in the evening. Beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean and dog friendly and plenty of fans to help keep us coll during the heatwave, we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you to Gary he was helpful and gave suggestions of where to take the dog for walks. Loved the sandy beach too"

"Great host and property!Great location close to beach. Limited cafe/supermarket options close by but very close to Rye with plenty of options. Little problem with the back deck being rotten and a foot going through it but a very sympathetic owner and sorted quickly."
