"Overall this was a fine hotel with an excellent location. 10 minutes to old town square and castle. Our downgrade has to do with it being listed as a 5-star hotel. It is a very good 3-star, no more. The place was clean and staff friendly and responsive. There really weren’t amenities to speak of, based on the star rating. If you want an AirB&B style with basically no amenities this is it. That’s not what we thought we were getting. "

"Check in was so quick. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was a lot better than American hotel breakfast. Bus stop infront of the hotel. In would have been a perfect location if there’s a grocery/convinience store near by. Highly recommended! "

"The rooms are old - I do not like the beds because it is not a 5-star feel including the pillows, Room smells cigarette even if they said they do nor have any smoking rooms. There's no vallet parking available unlike H15. It is not a 5-star hotel. For me it is a 3-star based on my experiences with other 5 stars. "

"The hotel is situated in The Jewish Quarter with loads of places nearby to eat and drink. We were on the 5th floor and our room was quiet. Staff were helpful and welcoming and breakfast was good with typical continental type breakfast foods. The hotel was incredibly clean - the only criticism being the toiletries provided in the room. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you are fussy like my wife and no body lotion is provided. Apart from this minor gripe, the hotel was spotless and in a great location being about a 15 minute stroll to the old town. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. A solid 8.5/10."
