My last night I mentioned to the front desk agent that I had an early flight, he said, "Don't worry, I'll get you a coffee". Indeed, when I came down the next morning to check out, he had a little tray with a cup on the coffee table & said, "What type of coffee would you like?" Those types of details make a property exceptional. It had a nice, small spa in the basement (the steam room wasn't working) but the hot sauna was."
