Cozy villa with garden and private pool located in Crestatx, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, only 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.

The house is distributed on one floor, has a living room with a porch, a furnished and equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, terraces.

Equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, Internet, SAT TV, DVD and stereo.

Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by grass, a garden area and a porch terrace with garden furniture and a large barbecue area.
