"Property is very clean and well maintained. Access to the West Bay Lounge was great and the facilities there were equally impressive. Staff at the La Terrazza restaurant were wonderful. In particular, Richard at the coffee station, Subrat and Santosh were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our meals. Food selection and quality was excellent. Thoroughly recommend the half board option. Prices of Padel were quite expensive, however, this is operated by a third party at the hotel."
