"The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very nice. The hotel is directly across from the train station which was super convenient. I would stay at Hotel Madison again next time I am in Rome."

"The room was small but was exactly what we needed for a one-night stay in Rome. the location was perfect, right in the city's center and allowed access to all the major attractions. The only downside besides the room size was the A/C. While it worked well in the common room, in the bedroom it didn't work very well and there was only one tiny window for ventilation so it was a bit stuffy. Other than that, we had a good experience! Keep in mind, you check in at another spot (about 5 min. walk) and then go to the room's address with your key."

"We had a lovely stay at the Social Hub - Rome. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, travelling as a group with two children we had asked if the rooms could be next to each other a request the hotel accommodated. This made our stay so much easier! The hotel itself was very quiet and the pool area was lovely. Staff in every department were wonderful and kind. It’s easily accessible to the tram, but these could be very busy, which although totally outside the control of the hotel, may be something to consider when looking at staying here."
