The other issue was parking. At other Worldmark properties we've stayed at, we were not charged for parking, but the $25 parking fee was applied to our bill if we didn't go to the 1.5 hour timeshare breakfast. amenities like parking should not be contingent on taking 1.5 hours away from your vacation to go...
