"The hotel staff was amazing! So very helpful, I can't say enough about them. The blond woman in the Lounge Restaurant on the main floor should not have a customer-facing position. The rudeness is beyond anything I have ever experienced. There are several floors being renovated. We were on a renovated floor. For Americans staying at the hotel, the rooms are smaller than what you would normally have in the states, but they accommodate 4 people, which is not always available at hotels in Europe....

"Decently located hotel with genuine charm making it one of our favourite recent hotel stays. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The building is ageing and the stunning double room had the quirky feature of 2 washbasins in it but not in the ensuite bathroom. Given the heatwave we were very grateful for the good quality fan. Although the breakfast room looked inviting we had to travel on."

"Beautiful location next to the park and stadium. I arrived in the middle of the heat wave, and the room had no AC, not even a fan or anything, it was a bit hard to rest, only in the night was pleasant, staff was helpful and informative. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay."
