"This was a nice big place, clean and good value for the money. Better than a hotel room at any of the cheap hotels in town. Mark and Steve had some excellent freshly ground coffee, sugar and creamers for us to enjoy in the morning. Great location near downtown and the lake, but quieter than where the chain hotels are."

"Nice during the summers as it is right at the waters. Rooms were clean. Fixtures in the room need an upgrade. Breakfast and restaurant was has a great seating and scenic view. "

Keep in mind it is a student residence and you will see some wear from previous tenants but overall it is very well kept."
