"By far the most beautiful private space we stayed in while in Iceland. It is very secluded, quiet and the unassuming exterior conceals an interior that will take your breath away. The price seemed a bit high when we booked it, but after experiencing it first hand I feel it was worth every krona and then some. "This is a lovely guesthouse about 10 minutes off of the main road. This meant it was a quiet location, which was actually surrounded by farms and farm animals. It was a beautiful location! We had a small room with a private bath, but there was a shared bath across the hall that was clearly marked that it was only for two rooms to use. We spent some time in the evening chatting with other guests which was fun. We did not stay for breakfast, but it looked like a nice spread and the breakfast room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was our first night in Iceland. We checked in late, however the front desk lady was super friendly and accommodating. We drove up to our cabin and it was a perfect start to our trip. Very rustic and quant. The three of us comfortably slept in a bed each. Would recommend! "
"It was fun to camp as a family in the large tent. The heater and electric blankets were perfect for a cold rainy night. Wishing we could have parked next to the tent, due to all the rain. The summer light filled night lit the way for the walk to the bathroom. The family owners were friendly and accommodating (and generous to supply us with milk after it disappeared from the fridge.) Glamping is the way to go for tent camping. "
