"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"

We, unfortunately, had a small medical emergency early in the am and the staff went above and beyond to help us find the proper care.
