"excellent location, connected to the langham place mall which is iconic itself and has everything from food to brand name shopping (perfect for rainy days). the metro station is also right underneath the mall. very close to buses if you need. it's right on shanghai street as well if you need kitchen shopping. the views were incredible especially for the corner rooms with the rounded windows. spacious rooms with great amenities. self-laundry was also found nearby outside of the hotel. hotel staff were also very kind to deliver our luggage to our room while we were out. i would stay here again and definitely recommend."

"It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice."

"It’s a great modern hotel with spacious room size … clean and comfy for a reasonable price and great customer service … especially Gary who worked in reception area with taking care of luggage…. Very polite and helpful…. For this area is close to MTR even Cheung Kwan O is the far east but very convenient and also link to few shopping malls .. I will back in this hotel for the future trip highly recommend 👍"
