"Cute little apartment just south of the Pope’s Palace but in a non-touristy area.. Perfect locale for walking, great little outdoor restaurants on every square, a Saturday market just down the street and a Sunday flea market in front of an old beautiful church with lovely choir music. We didn’t spend much time in the appt but everything was there if we’d needed to - an fully equipped kitchen, laundry and excellent WiFi. "This accommodation is in a beautiful location. There is parking on site and this is secured by locked gates in the evening. Michael (the owner) is very accommodating, flexible and helpful. There was a garage that we were able to store our bikes in, which was very useful. If the place is busy, the cycle storage could get full though, so maybe worth checking if this is a priority. The facilities were excellent - and so was the weather, so use of the swimming pool was much appreciated. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
