"Excellent sejour"

"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. Went to the Mercure Hotel and received a proper friendly, professional welcome. Come on Logis get a grip!!"

"L'accueil par la concierge est tres cordial. Appartement pratique bien situé. On peut rejoindre le centre ville aisément. Bien pour 2 personnes. Belle vue du salon ou de la terrasse. Tres calme, propre. Rien ne manque pour passer un sejour confortable. Parking en sous sol ou surface. Plusieurs distractions a proximite immediate. Luge d'été, aire de jeux pour enfants, basket, tennis..."
