"I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. " The hotel was great, good value and location, with quick and easy check-in etc. Lots of great restaurants etc. within easy walking distance and free parking on the streets around the hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable if a little small, but that did not detract from our stay. Would certainly book again when visiting the area. "
