"It’s a good little hotel with very clean and affordable rooms (at least off season). The older gentleman staffing the desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite central to see the old town though just a tad far to walk from a metro station with luggage on cobblestones or narrow sidewalks. "I appreciated the quick responses from the host. The apartment is ideal for one or two people. It was in a very convenient location. Close to vieux Lyon, Parc Tete d'or and the cathedrals. There were a couple of small grocery stores within a couple of blocks. I stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and walked everywhere including back and forth from the Lyon Part Dieu train station. Public transportation seemed very close even though I didn't use it at all. The street behind the apartment...

It would have been useful if the hosts had put the name of the apartment on the outside of the apartment door to aid ease of identification. Otherwise an excellent dwelling in an area steeped in history. "

"Wir haben die Unterkunft leider nur als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich dort empfangen. Lodges Lao ist ein wundervoller Ort der mit viel Herz eingerichtet wurde. Wir wurden mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück (regionale Produkte) verwöhnt. Leider konnten wir nicht länger bleiben"
