Any damage or malfunction of household appliances not reported upon arrival will be charged to the departing tenants.

The apartment is equipped with duvets, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

It does not include linens or bedding.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. TWO SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL BE REQUIRED: 1 for the apartment and 1 for cleaning.

(Optional upon request). Departure before 10:00 AM. Any failure to comply with the rules and schedule will result in a penalty.

Please note that it is strictly forbidden to plug an electric vehicle into a standard outlet (apartment or common area) - risk of fire.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Studio/Large Studio Cleaning: €65.

- Linen rental for 4 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds): €75.
