"The property and location were great and all 17 of us agreed. Sleeping was cozy with 17, ranging ages from 12 to 92, but we didnt come to sleep. The river side was awesome for fishing, kayaking, hanging out on the sandbar and sunsets. The ocean was right across the street. The property qas clean and well-stocked other than food. We would definitely come back. "

"Amazing views from every room! The host of the property goes above & beyond with all the “extras” The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee / tea, creamers, spices, condiments…. There was an abundance of “extra” water equipment, shoes, beach towels, toys…. You name it and it was probably there for you to enjoy! Our arrival welcome basket included snacks, sunscreen, bug spray and a lovely welcome message ! We will be back for sure !! Great family home to create lasting memories "

"One of the best rentals ever. Our trip consisted of two different rental times for this place. Four guys from Maryland on motorcycles for a trip to Key West and back again. Our first time consisted of three nights and our return for two nights. Both times we contacted John and he opened the garage for us to use to keep the bikes in during our stay. Coffee was plentiful! Very clean, nice front and rear porches to relax on and full of the latest tech devices. Alexa was great! "

"The place was very clean and was beautifully decorated. The Host were friendly and went over and above what was expected. It was great to be able to bring our 2 dogs. We will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking in that area. Just down the road you can dine on the water!"
