"Staff were polite & helpful. Our room was quite clean & was cleaned each day. No carpet in the rooms ( or at least in ours) which is better for allergy sufferers. Despite some obvious renovations over the years i.e. bathroom fixtures etc. the building needs some tlc. In our room at least there were a few spots of paint peeling in the bathroom. "

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful they helped us find a restaurant for my birthday dinner and helped us out during check in when we were having an issue with our credit card. The staff went above and beyond! The food at the restaurant was great! We will for sure be staying here again! Right beside the metro which made it super easy to travel around Montreal! "
