The check in was very pleasant, the clerk explained where all the amenities were located and about all services available. The whole hotel was very clean and neat. The room was nice, very clean and up to date. The only problem was with the tv, but every hotel I stay at has that problem, channels were not very clear. The breakfast in the morning was great. When I booked the room online I figured it was going to be a dump because of the price, well I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and...

Very impressed with the room and it's features for the money. Was a little disappointed with the cable channels, and the bed was a bit low for my taste, but overall we were extremely happy. Made for an excellent Valentines Day

I was greeted with great customer service by the staff. I loved how clean everything was. Definitely will be staying here again when I come to Thibodaux. I don’t want to stay anywhere else.
