"We had a great stay. The rooms were exactly as expected, and even felt a bit roomier than many French hotel rooms. The front desk staff were excellent — very helpful and patient, especially with booking taxis and vans for us multiple times during our stay. The location is also fantastic. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, right in the middle of everything, but still felt quiet and calm once we were inside. A great base for exploring Bordeaux."

Location is very walkable and the bakery down the street was the perfect morning stop."

Claire was so professional and knowledgeable she helped us plan our stay. Amande as well as most of the personnel. We recommend this hotel.
