"We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and presented to a high standard. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The only minor drawback was the room size, which felt a little cramped with two pieces of luggage, although we were able to make it work. We would definitely return and would happily recommend the hotel to others. We also took advantage of the complimentary Hammam experience offered to guests. While we enjoyed the treatment itself, we found the spa staff to be somewhat unhelpful, as very little information or guidance was provided about the process, which detracted slightly from the overall experience."

"Mr Emir at the reception was exemplary, but it ends there! The housekeeping were hit and miss, but mostly miss. Breakfast staff on top floor were not polite and showed bad attitude. The property only and only makes up the positive reviews for it’s location and views, but the hotel itself is very old and dated and needs a massive and thorough renovation. Air condition works but so-so and breakfast just does the job (ONLY JUST). I think a 2/5 star rating overall is adequate, however, I was seriously considering giving them a 1 star review, but that would have been too harsh. They said the hotel was fully booked but I really think it wasn’t and I only ever heard other stayers at the hotel commending the views and nothing else. Apparently there has been a change of ownership in the last few years and the last known renovation was in 2013, so these new owners have neglected the property BIG TIME! I wouldn’t advise against staying here, as I’ve stayed at worse properties, but I would warn to be EXTREMELY cautious and if you need more water in addition to the two bottles that they are supposed to put in the room each day, but don’t always, I would suggest buying from the local shop. It’s rated a 4 star hotel, but more 3 star in my honest opinion. I’ve stayed at the nearby Sura Design Boutique property and also the Doubletree by Hilton Sirkeci hotel and they are both rated 4 star, but they are miles and skies above the standards of Hotel Arcadia Blue. It was always too dark here."
