"A bench or two outside would be great. Has outside patio for the dining area when it is open. Chair in our room was broken and brought this to the attention of front desk. Clean accommodations with great view of St. Lawrence. Pool area was relaxing. We will be back. Night time attendant was helpful for checking in."

"Parking was vital and amazing. The greeting staff was excellent. Very helpful, very friendly, very informative. The welcome email sent by the Hotel was great and informative. The aesthetics of the hotel was great, love the art, love the vibe, very clean, lots to take in, so keep your eyes open. If you don’t know something just ask questions. The elevators are clean and working, there seem to almost be a staff active and willing the help especially the doorman, I have never seen such an active and positive personnel. I had a very good experience. I could see myself going back, I would give them my business definitely."
