"Love this condo and location which is a 7 min walk to the old village of Annecy and the scenery from this property is spectacular. One small recommend, I think the condo would benefit from curtains in both bedrooms to assist with privacy and morning light."

"The property is generally a little tired; it needs some redecoration. The shower is totally inadequate; we had to tie up the shower head to prevent it from falling right down; the soap dish was loose and wors t of all the actual plastic head where the water comes out kept falling out completely. We thought the cleaner must have known there was a problem because the shower head had been left up against the wall. The bed mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were very poor quality...

"Great apartment, located very close to Le Cernix chair lift and ski school meeting point ( approx 100 m). Good link to Le saises and. Very close to crest Voland centre. The owner was very helpful and lived on site. We had everything we needed and are planning on returning to the area."

"This place is felt like being in a hotel, very clean and had all that one needs. Its location is great. We could walk to the lake in less than 15 mins. There is also a supermarkt nearby. The best treat is the pleasant and helpful host.. "

Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...
