About this property
Charming Villa in a guarded estate, beautiful private pool
- 700 meters from the beach and two kilometers from the Place of the Strings, in a small private, closed and guarded.
Pretty new house of 170 sqm on a plot of 1100 m², on two levels offering a large living room with bay windows open onto terraces furnished for outdoor meals and rest.
Fully equipped kitchen inépendante.
Guest toilet.
Upstairs, a room with a bed 1,80m, balcony, bathroom with bath and shower, basin, separate toilet.
A room with a bed 1,60m, bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.
A room with two beds 0.90 close together, bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
A fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor with shower. 140 cm bed.
11mX4m pool, alarm, air conditioning, parking for two cars.
