"Great Hotel! The location of the hotel is central and right next to a metro station, so very well situated. The quality of the hotel was that of a 4*. The staff were very polite and helpful. We travelled as a family with children and friends and it the hotel was exactly what we needed to enjoy our trip to Brussels. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts.
