"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient confortables, propres et bien entretenues. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la belle vue sur la rivière rapide ainsi que sur le chemin de fer, ce qui ajoutait un charme unique à notre séjour. Nous avons également vécu une situation imprévue lorsque notre fils est tombé et a accidentellement brisé une des tables de chevet fixées au mur. Nous avons immédiatement signalé l’incident à la réception et le personnel a fait preuve d’une grande compréhension et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Ils nous ont même informés qu’aucuns frais ne nous seraient facturés pour cet accident. Le service à la clientèle a été impeccable du début à la fin. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, personnel courtois et accommodant, et séjour très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous sans hésitation !"
