"Excellent location and excellent hotel. Staff is extremely kind and helpful even when there was a little bit of a language barrier. Rooms are super spacious and clean. It’s just steps away from the monarail or if you don’t feel like walking they also provide a shuttle to the monorail. The lobby is stunning. There is a small convenience store as well as a separate Disney gift shop. I would highly recommend this hotel if going to Disney in Japan. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size and the free shuttle was a big plus. The shuttle driver was very helpful with our bags. Unfortunately, the pool was not open since they only open the pool from July 1 -August 31st. Wish they had a gym. "

The room was quite small, but typical for Tokyo for 4 people. The breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English. "
