The home affords breathtaking lake views inside, expertly constructed boasting ample space for large families or groups to relax and unwind in comfort. Take in the spectacular views from your private terrace, watch the sunrise as your breakfast to the lake and mountain backdrop, top of your tan on the terrace or sip and aperitif on the luxury garden furniture at sunset. Alternatively, unwind in either the outdoor pool or the indoor communal spa, pool and sauna at the residence. Brand new modern kitchen with all home comforts. Comfy living room with open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

    Access to the indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna is completely private as guests are granted two x 1 hour and 30 minutes slots daily so you can enjoy the facilities entirely to yourself for complete tranquility and relaxation.

Would never rent this unit again

We could not have been more disappointed. We partly chose this place for the AC and washer/dryer cause we have two little kids and we’re traveling for 3 weeks. The AC never worked and we brought it up to the manager the FIRST night. He blew us off and said “one of the remotes handles all the AC’s”…3 days later he finally got someone out who could NOT fix it. They offered nothing to us so we left. We had 3 uncomfortable nights of sleeping and couldn’t endure one more night. He also didn’t provide paper towels which is frustrating because he said he did and the store is not close. This area is very remote and boring. The main bathroom door doesn’t close so you have zero privacy. When we went to use the washer there were dirty towels inside. This place was awful and the owner of the unit is unreasonable. The TV’s are not smart TV’s so you have to watch horrible local channels in Italian, not one English Channel, again when traveling with small kids it’s very nice to have downtime and be able to watch tv. Also beds are very hard, and there are zero to throw blankets to be more comfortable, the place feels very basic as for what they offer in the unit. I would not stay here for free. Also since we had to leave since we had no AC and already have 3 uncomfortable nights, I asked if they could refund us for our last two nights that we didn’t use, and they wouldn’t offer this to us which is absolutely ridiculous! I shouldn’t have had to ask for the refund, they should have offered one

What an amazing place

This apartment in Sala Comacina was truly amazing. The view was spectacular and surrounds so peaceful and the apartment itself was spacious and very well equipped . Our host Matteo was such a pleasure to deal with and was always willing to be of assistance with travel advice and extremely responsive to all our requests. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay and will definitely recommend it to others. We look forward to being able to return one day
