Fantastic bird life and lots of animals easily seen. Staff pleasant and helpful with most speaking English. Free night safari with room but would highly recommend the other trips. Food good at restaurant and monkey bar. There is a shop for souvenirs and a stand for snacks/soft drinks"

"The staff at this hotel was most accommodating. The room was clean and the whole environment was safe at all times. I will be recommending this hotel to others who are planning a trip to Panama. It convenient and a 5minute walk to the El Dorado Mall. All the restaurants are withing walking distant and my family and I felt safe walking in the area. Please add more English speaking channels to your TV Guide, a movie channel would be nice, not just CNN and Fox News. "
