"Good location, easy walk into town. Spacious accommodation and the dog loved the garden. Good quality bedding. Toilet seat upstairs very loose, shower could be improved but otherwise very comfortable for our family get-together."

"The weather was lovely always helps, the cottage was in a great position for the dogs with the Sandilands walk to sea meaning we were only 10 mins away from the sea front. The cottage had everything needed, the conservatory was the best!"

The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay."

"Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back. "The garden is fully enclosed with tall fences all around making it perfect for a stay with children and dogs and privacy in the hot tub. The cottage was spotless and felt like a home from home. The location was quiet and peaceful, a really short walk to the beach and a bus stop just outside tbe property going to ingoldmells and skegness"
