Beautiful, Spacious Basement Suite, Sleeps 7

You will be close to everything when you stay in this comfortable basement suite. Whether you are with family, or friends, or just need a place for yourself, this place nestled in a quiet neighborhood, has easy access to freeways, food, entertainment, and more. The airport is 20 minutes away. Within 20 to 40 minutes are several ski resorts, hiking trails, beautiful mountains, and many of the wonders of Utah..This is a basement unit. The main house is separate. If you have a larger group, you can rent both units and we can open the space between you creating room for up to 19 guests. We can provide you with a link to help make your vacation planning easier. Just outside the door you will enjoy a quiet patio area with table, grill, putting green and play area for the kids.

We had a great stay. We were only there overnight, but it was cheaper and more spacious than getting three hotel rooms, which is what we would have needed for 7 people. I’d stay there again.

Perfect little cozy spot

We enjoyed our stay and Becky had everything to make us comfortable for our little get away. She even set up the pack-n-play so we didn’t have to wait to lay the baby down as soon as we landed :)

Clean and relaxing treat of a stay

My daughter and I were in town for her gymnastics meet. We needed an affordable but safe and clean place to stay where we could cook, do laundry, and save money by not eating out. This property was more than perfect! The location was perfect for getting to our event venue in Sandy and then out to Silver Lake Trailhead which was a beautiful half-day excursion. Then we spent the evenings cozied up on the couch watching movies. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Ski Trip Accommodation

Reasonably priced and well equiped basement suite. Ideal base for outdoor and other pursuits in the SLC area. Convenient access to major thoroughfares. The welcome basket was above and beyond.

The basement apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was a great place to land after a ski day. They provided ski boot dryers which was a nice touch.

Great place!

Overall wonderful and generous owners! They checked in on us during our short two day stay and left a generous gift basket with delicious goodies and fruit. Our kids loved the put out golf and the play area outside as well as the games/books provided for families. It is a basement apartment - so noisy upstairs neighbors are a potential, which didn’t bother us.

Good location in quiet neighborhood

We came to visit our daughter with my elderly parents. Property met our needs. Appreciated the gift basket! Also happy to have the games as we had a bit of time to kill before getting my parents to the airport Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as I would hope. If you are going to have a really white bathroom, it needs to be cleaner. Also the kitchen wasn’t super clean either. Otherwise great

Wonderful experience

The unit was clean and accommodating. The personal touches were heartwarming❤️. The signs throughout the place were very helpful in identifying where everything was stored. The information book was helpful as well. Communication with the host was answered quickly.

This was a wonderful stay full of little touches that made our stay so much more amazing like the pictures in the window wells, a table from the 1880's, and wonderful gift basket full of Utah treats and toys! Becky also mailed a shirt we left to us!

Great experience!

Basement apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, well-stocked on all essentials and more and nice and cool for the heat of summer! Check in and out was easy. Everything was well labeled. If it’s the kind of thing that bothers you, we could occasionally hear the upstairs visitors moving around, but it honestly wasn’t that loud or bothersome to us. Would stay there again!

AMAZING HOSPITALITY and super CUTE

This property is so charming and clean. The owners left an amazing welcome basket full of local treats and fruit. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious. There were cute little notes letting us know where to find anything we may have needed while we stayed. The owner was quick to respond whenever there was a problem. The location was great. Tons of shopping, entertainment, food and easy access to freeways. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Cute little apartment

Check in was easy. The host was very nice and responsive. Would have loved it more if the hot tub had been accessible for the basement and not only for the upstairs unit. The beds were comfortable. Also the hot water never seemed to run out. Wish, Mine worked so well. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy access. I like how it was not a shared driveway with the main house upstairs. My only suggestion would be to add fans in each room to drown out the noise from the upstairs unit. Needs some white noise

Nice, clean and easy

Everything was perfect! It was nice spacious, clean and made it so easy to just enjoy our time on our vacation. The only issue we encountered was the heavy feet walking around upstairs. Made relaxing in the early morning hard to enjoy. Otherwise it was perfect!
