"Por fuera todo pinta bien, cuando entra en el hall sigue todo pero al pedir las llaves, el muchacho me dice que hay que esperar las 17h00 para poder tenerlas. Pero bueno, da igual, mientras tanto vamos a la playa. Al regresar, nos dan las "ansiadas" llaves. Al entrar en la habitación, descubrimos una sala blanca con cuatro camas de una plaza (dos de ellas juntadas) y nada más. No hay ni mesita de noche, ni tele ni nada. "The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after...

"Fantastic place to stay. Villa was spotlessly clean. Swimming pool is wonderful, great for children and adults. 10 minute walk to beach and bars , restaurants. Raul is brilliant, very friendly and always there if you need help with anything. We had a great holiday, would definitely recommend "

"Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!"

"The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is an excellent cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The BAM bus from/to Alicante stops less than 1 block away. I have stayed here four times and would come back again."
